What's included — and what isn't.
The $59/month package covers the routine maintenance tasks listed above. If a routine WordPress or plugin update breaks the website, restoration from backup is included, provided an accessible server-based or external backup is available. A successful restore depends on having a usable backup.
The monthly package doesn't include:
- Malware removal or hacked-site recovery.
- Problems caused by user changes or third-party modifications.
- Fixing or replacing incompatible or abandoned plugins or themes.
- Major troubleshooting, new features or development work.
- General website repairs unrelated to routine maintenance updates.
Additional work can be assessed and quoted separately. Updates are applied where supported; compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Monitoring helps identify issues but does not prevent hacking or guarantee security.

What does the $59/month WordPress maintenance package include?
It includes WordPress core and plugin updates, PHP updates where supported, website backups and monitoring. If a routine WordPress or plugin update breaks the site, restoration from an accessible server-based or external backup is included. You can cancel anytime. Taxes apply where applicable.
What happens if a WordPress update breaks my website?
Restoration is included when a routine WordPress or plugin update causes the breakage, provided an accessible server-based or external backup is available. We cannot promise a successful restore without a usable backup. Fixing incompatible or abandoned software is separate work.
Are website repairs included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers the listed routine maintenance tasks and qualifying update-related restoration. Unrelated repairs, problems caused by user or third-party changes, major troubleshooting and development work can be assessed and quoted separately.
What if my website has been hacked or infected with malware?
Malware removal and hacked-site recovery are not included in the monthly package. We can assess the situation and quote separately for additional work. Monitoring does not prevent hacking or guarantee security.
Can I cancel the maintenance service?

Do you maintain websites that aren't built with WordPress?
We can discuss maintenance, updates and technical support for other websites. What we can help with depends on the platform and your requirements, and pricing is individually quoted.
Can you help with custom-built or AI-generated websites?
We can discuss practical help with custom-built and AI-generated websites and applications. We’ll look at the project and agree what support is appropriate before quoting.
